Returns and Refunds
If you return an item to us within 28 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price (excluding postage & packaging). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Simply advise whether an exchange or a refund is required with your return.
Please note that custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
A cancellation fee will be applied to custom made items that are cancelled once the order has been processed.
You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive back with us.
We will not accept returned damaged items.
If you are returning items due to a fault, please contact us and we will arrange a collection. If you do not contact us before returning a faulty item, then unfortunately we will only be able to reimburse you for your own cost of postage up to a maximum of £5.50.

Exchange an Item
If you wish to exchange your item for another item from our range, different product or other reason, you can do so within 28 days of receipt of the item. The item should be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging.
Send the item back to us at the above address and we will endeavour to fulfil your request promptly.
On receipt of your item for exchange, your replacement item will be dispatched back to you. Returns will be promptly dealt with dependent upon stock availability.
